1. Definitions

• "Account" means the personal registered account held by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an Account and uses the Platform's services.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of ek9997 Services, you must register an Account. By registering, you represent and warrant the following:

• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and truthful. You agree to keep your registration details up to date at all times.
• You may hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances being forfeited.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. ek9997 is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to keep credentials secure.
• You must notify ek9997 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• Account credentials may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any third party under any circumstances.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ek9997 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) using the following supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.

• Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Account wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. ek9997 does not charge platform fees on deposits; however, your payment provider's own transfer charges may apply.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount and any applicable transaction limits are displayed within your Account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit, where technically possible. ek9997 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly, subject to identity verification being complete.
• Verification Requirement: ek9997 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may delay or prevent withdrawal processing.
• Currency: All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ek9997 is not responsible for any currency conversion losses incurred through payment providers.
• Declined Transactions: ek9997 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ek9997 may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, tournament prizes, and other promotional incentives to Players. The following general conditions apply to all promotional offers unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Each promotional offer is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus funds. These specific terms are published alongside the relevant promotion.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn.
• ek9997 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players may not participate in promotions through more than one Account. Any attempt to claim promotions through duplicate accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may lead to permanent account suspension.
• ek9997 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that a Player has exploited or abused the promotion in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.
• Promotions are intended for recreational players. Systematic exploitation of promotional offers, including through arbitrage or coordinated activity, is prohibited.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

ek9997 operates a platform powered by third-party game studios and live casino providers, including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. The following rules govern gameplay across all products:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) technology or by live dealer processes, independent of ek9997. ek9997 does not influence game outcomes.

7. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account dashboard. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding Players of elapsed time and net gaming activity are available within Account settings.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ek9997 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or to conceal the proceeds of any criminal offence.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification processes.
• Opening multiple Accounts or acting on behalf of another person's Account without explicit written authorisation.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of technical errors will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks or disputes with payment providers for valid transactions completed on the Platform.
• Using the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing other players or ek9997 staff through any communication channel.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ek9997 Platform, including but not limited to the brand name "ek9997", the logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of ek9997 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission.
• Use the ek9997 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software component of the Platform.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ek9997 provides its Platform and Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

• ek9997 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and third-party outages may affect availability without prior notice.
• ek9997 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• ek9997's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• ek9997 is not responsible for the content, availability, or accuracy of any third-party websites, services, or game providers accessible through or in connection with the Platform.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the ek9997 Platform or these Terms, please follow the procedure below:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint in writing to [email protected], providing your Account username, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant evidence (e.g., screenshots, transaction references).
• Step 2 — Investigation: ek9997 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time) and aim to provide a substantive response within 7 business days.
• Step 3 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with ek9997's resolution, you may request escalation to senior management by indicating this in your follow-up correspondence.
• Final Decision: ek9997's final decision on any dispute relating to game outcomes, bonus terms, or account activity constitutes a binding resolution under this Agreement.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

ek9997 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key data practices include:

• Personal data is collected solely for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, and improving Platform Services.
• ek9997 uses SSL encryption to protect personal and financial data in transit.
• ek9997 does not sell, rent, or transfer personal data to third parties except as required by law, for payment processing, or as necessary to operate the Platform.
• Players may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting support, subject to legal retention obligations.

13. Amendments to These Terms

ek9997 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ek9997 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review the current version of these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of applicable law. ek9997 operates as a digital platform serving users in Bangladesh and makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available in other jurisdictions. It is each Player's responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

ek9997 does not fabricate, claim, or imply any specific gambling licence or regulatory approval from any Bangladeshi government body. The Platform provides services as a safe and reliable entertainment platform using SSL encryption and industry-standard fair play practices.
